Infrastructure & Resources
Deployment of factory spaces, layouts, machines, processes, tools and tackles is done in a manner to optimize lead times in offices and on shop floor. Work places are fine tuned to take care of Safety, Ergonomics and Work environment.
MS Fabrication
With the concept of modular switchboards with bolted construction, the repeat accuracy in MS manufacturing has become of significant importance, added by demands on aesthetics and finish. SYMATIC has set up state-of-the-art fabrication facility with CNC machines supported by good material handling equipment.
MS Pre-Treatment & Surface Treatment
With stringent demands on aesthetics, finish and durability of surface coats, there is a strong focus on Quality and reliability of pre-treatment and powder coating / plating. This can be achieved only with good equipment, with proven processes executed with precision controls on the shop-floors. SYMATIC has all under its own roof thus ensuring high degree of reliability.
Manufacturing Engineering & Design
Following the input of Engineering drawings, the mechanical design team takes over the inputs and deciphers them into standard part-lists and makes non-standard customized assembly / part drawings. This is a very important function involving knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering and industry standards to be followed in building the product.
Well Equipped Busbar Fabrication Shop
Busbars are arteries of electrical switchboards. Goodness of busbars lies in purity of its material, maintenance of its cross section after bending operations, bur-free / flat-and-smooth contact surfaces, accurate busbar fabrication leading to stress free assemblies. With so many aspects contributing to the goodness of a busbar, it is very important that accuracy of manufacturing is ensured 100%.
